In their study, Wyzowl found that a staggering 93% of businesses credit videos for an increased understanding of products and services and 36% have received less support queries, which they credit directly to explainer videos. Customers agree as well, with 68% of users reporting that they prefer to watch a video explaining a product over having to speak to a support team member.
